MCG SPORTS will always endeavor to process anyclaims within a reasonable time frame and in accordance with Australian Consumer Guarantees.

If the problem is a minor or a repairable issue, we will endeavour to repair the item within a reasonable time. Customer can requestfor a refund or exchange if the problem with the product is major. All faultsneed to be reviewed and assessed by the manufacturer before the remedial actionis finalised. At times, MCG SPORTS and the manufacturer may agree to organise local repairs instead of sending the product back to the manufacturer overseas for repairs. Unless specified otherwise on the individual product page, the following applies.

1. What is our RETURN/EXCHANGE Policy ?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return or Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the original order.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty period starts from the date of the purchase and only covers issues  caused due to manufacturer's defect/fault.

Cricket Bats Warranty

1. English Willow Cricket Bats

Warranty Period : 12 Months

Coverage : Broken Handle / Split Cleft / Large Shoulder Crack

Cricket Bats are hand crafted and made from natural willow and each bat is unique. Wetake utmost care during the bat preparation process but minor cracks and damagecan occur during the knocking in. The performance out of a cricket bat alsodepends on the player's skill level and how much care is taken in using andstoring the bat.Please note that we CANNOT guarantee the performance of the cricket bat and will notapprove any claim for exchange or refund for any perceived lack of performance. 
2. Kashmir Willow Bat

Warranty Period : 6 Months

Coverage : Broken Handle / Split Cleft / Large Shoulder Crack

What is covered : Broken Micro Adjustment Feature - does not cover any damage caused by impact of a cricket ball
4. All Other Items

Warranty Period : 3 months
