We strive to offer cheapest and fastest deliverythrough our trusted carriers. The full range of delivery options andcosts are clearly displayed in your shopping cart at checkout before youproceed with payment.

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availabilityof the items and the time of day you place your order.

All estimated delivery times on the website areguide only. The actual delivery time may vary and is beyond our control as itis dependent on the courier network congestion, weather events or restrictionsin effect due to pandemic, etc.

SHIPPING COST

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. We use the destination post code and volumetric weight to determine the Shipping Cost. The shipping cost displayed at the Checkout is for mainland Australia and the main island of Tasmania. Deliveries to all other islands is calculated on a case by case basis. We will contact you with a shipping cost estimate and you will have the option cancel the order for a full refund, if you do not wish to proceed.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. We do our best to get your order processed and shipped out to you ASAP. Processing the order means picking & packing the items you have ordered and booking the pickup with our Delivery Partners/Carriers. Typically, all orders booked by our warehouse team by 1 pm are picked up by the courier the same day.

Please note that some products, e.g. cricket bats may require time to prepare before they can be shipped.

Orders are processed daily Mon-Fri, except public holidays.

  • We process all orders received by 12pm (Melbourne Time) the same day.
  • We strive to process orders received between 12pm-3pm the same day but it may be pushed to the next business day.

Note: Our couriers DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect boxes. We will use Australia Post instead.

Any shipping address that does not exist on Google Maps may be delayed for dispatch.

Our orders may be marked as "Authority to Leave" (ATL) delivery which means our delivery partners can leave the delivery at the drop-off address if the recipient isn't present.

CLICK AND COLLECT

We are pleased to offer Click and Collect from our store in VIC. All orders received on a business day by 12PM will be ready for pick up the same day except when additional work is required to prepare the item for delivery, for example, oiling & knocking a cricket bat.

We will notify you when the order is ready for pick up.
