Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. We do our best to get your order processed and shipped out to you ASAP. Processing the order means picking & packing the items you have ordered and booking the pickup with our Delivery Partners/Carriers. Typically, all orders booked by our warehouse team by 1 pm are picked up by the courier the same day.
Please note that some products, e.g. cricket bats may require time to prepare before they can be shipped.
Orders are processed daily Mon-Fri, except public holidays.
- We process all orders received by 12pm (Melbourne Time) the same day.
- We strive to process orders received between 12pm-3pm the same day but it may be pushed to the next business day.
Note: Our couriers DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect boxes. We will use Australia Post instead.
Any shipping address that does not exist on Google Maps may be delayed for dispatch.
Our orders may be marked as "Authority to Leave" (ATL) delivery which means our delivery partners can leave the delivery at the drop-off address if the recipient isn't present.
