Endorsed by Abhishek Sharma. Built for Where You Actually Train.
Here's the uncomfortable truth about cricket footwear: most of your cricket happens nowhere near turf. Synthetic nets on a Tuesday. Concrete run-ups. Indoor centres in winter. Rock-hard January outfields. Spikes are useless on all of it — and cheap rubbers fall apart on it, shredding through the toe and polishing smooth by Christmas.
The Lotto Blaze Hit is the high-traction rubber-soled cricket shoe endorsed by India international Abhishek Sharma, and it's built for exactly those surfaces. A Trac CTRL rubber outsole that keeps gripping, an Oxytec CMEVA midsole that keeps its bounce, and — crucially — a reinforced toe that survives toe-dragging instead of blowing out in the first month.
Bulletproof Benefits
- Reinforced toe: Purpose-built to resist toe-drag wear. This is the exact spot every cheap cricket shoe dies, and the reason most players replace shoes twice a season instead of once.
- Trac CTRL high-traction rubber outsole: Bites on synthetic nets, concrete, indoor courts and baked-hard outfields — surfaces where spikes have nothing to dig into and ordinary trainers simply slide.
- Oxytec CMEVA midsole: Genuinely responsive cushioning that survives back-to-back net sessions without packing down flat under the heel.
- TPU stability shank: A rigid midfoot plate that stops the shoe twisting when you push off hard or change direction in the field — the feature that separates a cricket shoe from a running shoe.
- Engineered air mesh upper: Real breathability for a 38-degree afternoon, with PU reinforcement across every high-wear panel so the mesh doesn't split at the flex point.
- Ortholite X55 insock: Holds its cushioning and manages moisture instead of compressing into cardboard after a month of use.
- Modern wider last: Roomier than traditional cricket shoes — a genuine relief if you've spent years jamming a normal-width foot into a narrow boot.
- Light at 1,260 g per pair: Protection and grip without dead weight, so you're still moving well in the last hour in the field.
- Full size run, US 7 to 13: Every size in stock right now, including both ends of the range.

Rubber Sole or Spikes — Which Do You Need?
Rubbers are for synthetic wickets, concrete, indoor cricket, training and hard dry outfields. They grip on firm surfaces where spikes have nothing to bite into, and they're the only legal option in indoor centres, which ban metal outright. Spikes are for grass — soft turf, damp outfields, grass run-ups — where a rubber sole slides. Most club cricketers genuinely need both. But if you can only own one pair in Australian club cricket, rubbers see far more use across a season, because training outnumbers matches roughly three to one.
US to UK Size Conversion
Lotto manufacture this shoe on UK sizing and it's sold in Australia in US sizes, which run exactly one size larger:
- US 7 = UK 6
- US 8 = UK 7
- US 9 = UK 8
- US 10 = UK 9
- US 11 = UK 10
- US 12 = UK 11
- US 13 = UK 12
If you know your UK cricket shoe size, add one. No half sizes are produced in this model — if you sit between sizes or wear thick socks, take the larger one.
Getting the Fit Right
Aim for a snug midfoot with roughly a thumb's width in front of your longest toe. You want no heel lift when you push off, but enough room for your foot to swell over a long day. The Blaze Hit is built on a modern, slightly wider last, so if cricket shoes usually pinch across the forefoot, this will suit you better than most.
Making Them Last
Rubber soles last far longer than spikes, but they're not indestructible. Knock the dirt out of the tread after training so the grip pattern stays open, and let them dry naturally away from direct heat — a hot car boot or a heater will harden the midsole and crack it. Rotate between two pairs if you train more than three times a week; letting the foam fully recover between sessions roughly doubles usable life.
Who It's For
Club cricketers training on synthetic nets, indoor players, juniors who need one durable pair for everything, coaches on their feet all session, and anyone playing on hard or synthetic wickets where spikes are useless.
