We offer 7 days, unconditional, money back guarantee or exchange for unused products (except Cricket bats). If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue. Items for return/exchange must be in original and unused condition and in the packaging in which you received them.
Postage costs for return/exchanges will be the responsibility of the sender. Include details of what item the order is to be exchanged for. This will be processed once the item to be exchanged is received.
If you are returning the product because of the mistake on our part, we will pay for the return shipping as well.In the event that there is a cancellation of your order (for change of mind, incorrect selection of product or external circumstances beyond our control) you (the customer) will be charged :
