How to Use It

Sand the damaged area back to clean willow, apply glue to any split or lifted edge and clamp until set. For the toe, sand flat, bond a toe guard in place and trim to shape. Finish by wiping a light coat of oil across the face, edges and back with the batcare cloth — never the splice or stickers — and leave the bat lying flat overnight to absorb. Repeat the oiling two or three times a season to keep the willow from drying out.
